DESSERT - BESAN LADDU

Makes 8 laddos depending on the size
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups Besan/Gram flour /chickpea flour
- 1/2 cup Ghee
- 3/4th cup sugar
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- 4-5 tbsp almonds
1. Chop
the almonds coarsely. Set aside.
2. Melt the ghee in a pan, then
add the gram flour and cook over a low flame stirring continuously till it is
golden brown in colour.
3. Add the cardamom powder,
mix well.
4. Take away from the fire and pour onto a plate to cool the mixture.
5. Mix together the gram flour mixture, almonds and sugar.
6. Take a little of the mixture in your hands and shape into laddus.
